- Bloomin’ Great will not be held responsible for the non-delivery of items which have an incorrect address or contact number provided. Where possible we will contact the customer or the recipient to try to deliver but failing this there may be a further delivery charge.
- Our products are subject to availability and, due to the seasonal nature of floristry, some flowers may not be in stock at the time of ordering. They will be substituted appropriately to ensure the overall design is maintained with items of the equivalent cost and quality.
- Please note that the photographs provided are intended as a guide, and though we shall endeavour to be as accurate as possible, due to seasonality and the nature of flowers, the photo can only be an approximation.
- We aim to ensure the details contained within the website are correct, however, if an order is made on an ‘out of stock’ item, the customer will be informed via email or phone call and the card refunded.
- Your details will not be passed on to any third party organisations.
- Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proven to be faulty or damaged and will be at the discretion of the owner. Please get in touch via the email address provided with a photo of the product in question.
